The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Map and analyse the Investment Management market
- Attend client briefings to develop a deep understanding of clients and their sectors
- Interview and assess candidates, creating shortlists for clients
- Work closely with managers and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate compensation packages for candidates
- Build and maintain your professional online presence
- Achieve performance targets set by your manager
- Maintain and update the company database
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated (2:1 or above in any discipline)
- Highly motivated and hardworking
- Competitive and driven to succeed
- Previous experience in a sales or commercial environment
- Proven track record of achievement (academics, sports, or extracurricular activities)
- Resilient and adaptable
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Articulate and professional
