The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sourcing candidates through social media, databases, and networking
- Manage the end-to-end the recruitment process from first call to placement
- Attend client meetings to understand their hiring needs
- Networking with industry leaders and building long-term partnerships
- Become an expert in the FinTech space and analyse emerging trends
- Build your personal brand within the FinTech recruitment space
- Write adverts to attract top talent

- £27k base salary
- Commission that goes up to 40% (realistic OTE of £45k)

What we are looking for: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated (2:1) in any subject
- Evidence of working hard throughout school and university
- Money-motivated
- Ambitious, and driven to be the best
- Energetic, confident and loves to build relationships
- Great communicator and persuasive
