A small team of 20, consultants joining have the unique opportunity to grow alongside the business and play a crucial role in our future success. The three founders remain actively involved providing ongoing support and mentorship in the form of both classroom-style and on-desk training.
Established in 2019 they’ve been on an incredible journey since the start! With a US office opening in 2026 things are not slowing down!
The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Source and identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screenings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Work towards targets/KPIs

- £25k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k+
- Commission structure up to 30% with uncapped earnings!
