Currently at 12 heads, and looking to grow to 16, join a company which is in its growth phase! Expect to get hands on training with the founders who have 40 years combined experience in the Financial Services recruitment space!
Earn commission on top of your base salary from day 1: by the end of your first year expect to take home up to £50k! Network and build relationships with the key decision makers of the top Hedge Funds and Investment banks in London!

- Map the market and headhunt top candidates
- Build your own portfolio of clients and candidates
- Manage the end-to-end interview process
- Contract & salary negotiation
Requirements: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- A degree from a Russell Group university
- Commercial work experience, sales is a bonus!
- Ambitious, driven & money-motivated
- Competitive nature, ideally have played sports growing up
