The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Founded by two best friends who were the top billers of their previous company, and so decided to branch out and start their own recruitment firm
- Focusing on the tech space, specifically AI and Cloud, they recruit mid-level to C-suite level professionals
- Top biller is billing fees as high as 330k, taking home a hefty chunk of this due to the 40% commission structure
- The founders believe in hands-on training, allowing you to get stuck in and earn money from the very start
- Hiring 4 more faces for the cohort of 6
Who we’re looking for – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated – ideally a 2:1 or above from a Red Brick university
- Salesy mindset with the ability to negotiate confidently
- Sports background – playing for university teams or higher
- Strong communication skills so you can build rapport
- Charismatic – an infectious energy
- Financially motivated with a will to earn good money
- Great work ethic to drive your motivation
The Job – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Become a Recruitment Consultant within the Tech space, becoming a specialist for a specific area, such as Software or AI
- Headhunt and consult clients on their hiring plans
- Source new candidates via cold calling, networking and advertising
- Organise interviews and manage the process
- Place your candidate and get commission!
