Recruitment Consultant – Quant Research & Trading | London |  £50,000 + Commission | 

We are currently hiring for a PM & Sub-PM focused Quant Research & Trading specialist agency based in Mayfair.

What the role entails – Recruitment Consultant – Quant Research & Trading

• Building and managing a specialist desk focused on Quant Researchers, Algo Traders, Data Scientists, and Portfolio Managers

• Developing deep market expertise and nurturing long-term relationships with top-tier clients

• Running the full candidate side of the recruitment process. NO BD NECESSARY

• Managing a high-value candidate network within London, New York, & APAC

• Contributing to the biggest billing desk within the business

• An established network & understanding of the QRT world

• A proactive, competitive mindset and hunger to succeed

• The ability to understand technical markets (prior exposure to finance or STEM is a bonus, not essential)
