Our Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client is looking for 3 new faces to join their team, recruiting some of the most prestigious and unique professionals in the finance sector. With offices in both the UK and the US, they are dominating the market and are swiftly becoming the most established and respected recruitment agency in their sector.
Their top biller is doing £700k+, so the ability to earn big with this company is guaranteed. You will be trained by the strongest in the business in order for you to start off strongly and make deals quickly.
The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base salary with a competitive commission structure of 40% with no threshold
- Seriously quick career progression – usual promotion within 5-6 months
- OTE in Year 1 = £50k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 180 and 360 recruitment
- Headhunting both clients and candidates with the aim to match them up and make successful placements
- Negotiating deals and contracts
- Organizational skills used in order to set up interviews that align with both parties timetables
- Cold calling, messages, advertising and networking to find clients and candidates to work with
- GET THAT COMMISSION!!!
