The Role – Executive Search Associate
- Research and identify senior and executive-level talent
- Build long-term professional relationships with candidates and clients
- Collaborate with the Head of Consulting to support high-level search mandates
- Conduct market mapping and industry research to understand trends and talent movements
- Manage candidates through the entire executive search lifecycle
- Maintain accurate internal records and project documentation
- Network extensively to grow your industry presence and knowledge

About you – Executive Search Consultant
- University degree (2:1 or above)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
