What You’ll Get – Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be put through an outstanding training program designed to bring you up to speed quickly. Here’s what you can expect:
- Intensive Training Program: Four-week training with senior managers – learn from the best in the business!
- On-the-Job Training: Continuous development with monthly appraisals to track progress.

Earning Potential:
- Year 1: Base salary of £27K, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £50K
- Year 2: Base salary of £35K, OTE of £70K
- Year 3: Base salary of £50K, OTE of £100K+
Career Progression:

- 0-6 Months: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 6-12 Months: Senior Recruitment Consultant
- 12-18 Months: Managing Consultant
- 18-30 Months: Principal Consultant
- 30+ Months: Associate Director
