As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and sourcing candidates for our clients through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates
- Assisting in the placement process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and placement
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- A desire to learn and develop within the recruitment industry
Experience in recruitment is not essential, as full training will be provided. However, any experience in sales, customer service or a target-driven environment would be advantageous.
