You will build relationships with senior decision-makers, run full recruitment processes, and learn directly from founders with 30+ years’ combined experience. The team is small, tight-knit, and growing fast: you will get immediate client exposure, hands-on training, and commission from day one.
Work hard, play hard: expect to earn £50k+ OTE in Year One!
The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Build expertise in the Tech market
- Meet with clients and understand their hiring needs
- Identify top talent and engage candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Prepare candidates, negotiate offers, and close high-value deals

- £27k base + uncapped commission (up to 40%)
- OTE £50k in year 1
