Despite being a relatively new player, the firm already has success stories of graduates becoming partners within just 5 years. Top billers regularly bill over £500K, proving that high earnings and rapid progression are achievable for ambitious individuals. They are looking for four ambitious graduates to start in January!!

What You’ll Be Doing – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Build deep expertise across Finance, Legal, and Engineering markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite leaders across PE, VC, large corporates, and engineering firms
- Proactively source and headhunt niche talent for high-impact roles
- Guide candidates throughout the interview process and negotiate offers
- Collaborate with senior consultants on complex search assignments
- Progress to Consultant within 6 months depending on performance
Who They’re Looking For – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate (2.1 & above) & a commercially driven individual with direct sales experience
- Strong communicator capable of quickly building relationships
- Competitive, ambitious, and target-driven
- Resilient, proactive, and open to coaching
- Interested in Finance, Legal, or Engineering markets and motivated by high earnings
