The Role – Graduate FinTech Recruitment Consultant
Location: London (Central) Salary: £26-28K base + uncapped commission (OTE £40+ Year 1)

They focus on FinTech recruitment and are recognised as world-leading in their approach. You’ll be partnering with major, high-profile organisations such as ITV and Monzo, giving you exposure to some of the most exciting brands.
They have exceptional retention rates, with multiple employees staying for 10+ years, which is a true reflection of how well the business looks after its people. Their top biller achieved over £500k, showing the real earning potential and performance culture within the team.
They are now looking to hire four driven individuals for a January start!
Training – Graduate FinTech Recruitment Consultant
- 2 Weeks intense training,
- On the job training & monthly 1-1 appraisals
- Quarterly workshops with outside trainers & experts

What You’ll Be Doing – Graduate FinTech Recruitment Consultant
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, headhunt, and engage top professionals
- Interview and prepare candidates for roles
- Draft and review CVs and job adverts
- Support senior consultants
What We’re Looking For – Graduate FinTech Recruitment Consultant
- Graduate (2:1 preferred or direct sales experience)
- Confident, articulate communicator
- Competitive, resilient, and financially motivated
- Someone who thrives in a smaller environment where impact is visible, Ambitious, self-driven and eager to learn (Coachable)
