I am exclusively partnered with a specialist search firm that’s expanding from 18 to 20 consultants. This is your opportunity to work alongside some of the most successful professionals in the industry; consultants who each generate over £1 million in annual revenue.
You will receive direct mentorship from the founding directors, who share 40 years of combined experience, developing your expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Insurance & Finance landscape. This foundation will enable you to confidently advise clients and headhunt elite professionals across the UK, Europe, and the USA.

- £30,000 base salary
- Quarterly bonuses with OTE £45,000+ in Year 1

What The Role Entails: Executive Search Consultant
Client engagement & building relationships
- Participate in client briefing sessions to develop a clear understanding of their business, culture, and hiring needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of role requirements, competencies, and expectations to ensure accurate search alignment.
Become an expert in your market
- Perform market mapping to identify leading firms, target talent pools, and potential business opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitive intelligence to inform search strategy and client recommendations.
Headhunting
- Source, attract, and evaluate high-calibre candidates through proactive search and assessment techniques.
- Present curated shortlists to clients, manage reference checks, and support offer management and final negotiations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree (2:1 or above) from a Top 50 University
- Strong interest in everything finance
- Passion for in-depth research and analysis
- Ambition to become a market expert
- Naturally analytical, confident, and relationship-driven
