What You’ll Be Doing – Finance Recruitment Consultant
- Build a deep understanding of specialist financial markets (Finance, Tax, Audit, Risk, Private Equity, Compliance)
- Develop commercial relationships with C-suite leaders across PE, VC & large-scale organisations
- Proactively headhunt niche talent for high-impact roles
- Advise candidates throughout the interview process and negotiate offers
- Collaborate with senior consultants on complex search assignments
- Progress to Consultant within 12–18 months depending on results
Who They’re Looking For – Finance Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate (2.1 & Above) OR commercially driven individual with direct sales experience
- Strong communicator who can build relationships quickly
- Competitive, ambitious and target-driven
- Resilient, proactive and open to coaching
- Interested in financial markets and motivated by high earnings
