The Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client is a specialist finance recruitment firm, looking to take on a new cohort of fresh faces. They want driven and charismatic individuals who want to become the top billers in their company. You will be recruiting finance professionals into their ideal role. Therefore, you must build strong relationships with both clients and candidates in this sector. This is an extremely lucrative market, where you can earn 6 figures within 3 years of being in the industry. If you’re wanting to earn big and be incentivised for hard work, this is the role for you!
The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base with an increase to 32k once promoted
- Promotion within 6 months of being in the industry
- One on one training by the top billers who are billing 6 figures
- In depth classes on the market, you will be recruiting with so you can build your network accordingly
- Work from home offered 1-2 days a week depending on performance
- 40% commission structure on top of the base salary
- 27 days holiday a year + birthdays + office closure from 21st December – 2nd January
- Rooftop bar
- Pool table and darts board
- Holiday incentives 2x a year – hit your targets and you’ll be on a flight to either Ibiza or the Alps!
- Monthly socials with the whole office – restaurants, Ascot, city breaks
- Early finish Thursdays and late start Fridays
The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Mapping the market you work within so you can give clients the best advice on trends and their competitors
- Negotiating with clients and offering your expertise
- Sourcing the candidate they are looking for via social platforms, cold calling, headhunting and networking
- Organising interviews for your candidates and helping them succeed in them
- Sorting the contract after their offer
- Earn your commission!
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree from a top 50 university with a 2:1 or above
- Sales experience – B2B, door to door, cold calling
- Confident and charismatic
- Hard working – will graft for good results
- Financially driven – wants to work towards targets and be incentivised
- Competitive
- A team player
