Their exceptional training programme will equip you to become a specialist recruiter within one of several highly lucrative fields, including Credit Risk, Risk Management, Marketing Analytics, Big Data, or Data Management. You’ll gain credible industry expertise while earning a strong basic salary and uncapped commission from day one. Top performers have achieved £100k+ within just two years.

- £27k basic salary
- Uncapped commission with a £50k OTE in Year 1

What We’re Looking For – French-Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- A degree (2:1 or above)
- Fluent French at business level
- B2B sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Confident, motivated, and financially driven
- Excellent communication skills (phone and face-to-face)
- Quick to learn and eager to succeed
