With an uncapped commission structure that goes up to 40%, expect to earn BIG MONEY.
The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Become an expert in the US & Europe GTM market
- Build relationships with some of the most exciting firms in the US and EU
- Advise and consult your clients
- Source brilliant talent for scaling tech companies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates, preparing them for interviews and closing deals
- Negotiate high-value placements

- Base Salary: £27,500
- Earn heaps of commission: OTE in Year 1 is £50k, going up to £70k in Year 2
