- £26k starting salary (rising to £28k after 6 months)
- Uncapped commission – up to 35%

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
No two days are the same. You’ll be:
- Winning new clients and building partnerships with top Financial Services firms
- Head-hunting elite candidates through networking, referrals & online platforms
- Managing the full recruitment process — from pitch to placement
- Negotiating salaries, closing deals, and banking serious commission
- Building your personal brand and online presence in a competitive market
