Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client is a specialist recruitment consultancy firm established in 2003, they have a 20+ year track record of delivering retained and contingent recruitment projects for private equity firms, venture capital funds and their portfolio companies. Following a period of sustained growth and increased demand from the investment community, they are now looking to hire 5 ambitious consultants to join their team in their Fitzrovia HQ.
Your Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Understand fast-moving finance markets: Finance, Transformation, Tax, Procurement and Supply-Chain and Public Sector and Not-For-Profit
- Business Development: Engage founders, CFOs, CTOs & senior hiring leaders
- Talent Sourcing & Headhunting: Secure top-tier talent
- Candidate Advisory: Prep, coach & guide candidates from interview to offer
- Learn From Top Billers: Shadow high performers & deliver on strategic hiring projects
