Salary: £28,000 base + performance-based bonus structure
What You’ll Do – Executive Search Associate
- Market Insight & Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of the financial and professional services landscape, mapping market trends and senior talent pools
- Client Development: Support senior consultants in building long-term partnerships with C-suite and senior leadership teams
- Executive Talent Identification: Identify and engage senior-level candidates through research, networking and targeted outreach
- Assessment: Support evaluation and screening processes, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making and strategic hiring conversations
- Project Execution: Assist in managing retained and exclusive search mandates
- Professional Growth: Progress towards Consultant level within 12–18 months, with mentorship from industry experts
