What You’ll Do – Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior finance professionals and clients
• Source, attract, and place top talent across finance, accounting, and transformation roles
• Develop your market knowledge to become a specialist
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their business challenges and hiring needs
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement

Ideal Candidate:

• Recent graduate (2:1 or higher preferred)
• Confident, articulate, and highly driven to achieve success
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Natural relationship builder with commercial awareness
• Self-motivated and resilient in a target-driven environment
