- Bring on new business and form relationships with clients
- Consult them on their hiring plans
- Source the candidate they’re looking for and bring them in for interviews
- Finalise the offer and make a deal

- 2:1 or above from a top university
- Minimum BBB at A-Level
- Sports Background – Shows you’re a team player
