• £27.5k base salary that increases to £32k with a promotion
• Fast progression – promotion within 6 months
• OTE Year 1 = £45k; Year 2 –£60k+

The Job – Trainee Tech Recruitment Consultant

• Fast-paced, sales-based role
• Match up clients and candidates and make successful placements
• Do business development to find your own clients to work with exclusively
• Source candidates for your clients via headhunting, cold calling and networking
• Organise interviews and prep candidates
• Negotiate the deal and consult clients
• Make a placement!

The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Tech Recruitment Consultant

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
• Minimum BBB at A-Level
• Sports background
• Sales experience is preferred
• Driven and self-motivated
• Hard working
• Target orientated
