360 recruitment – fast paced sales-based role aiming to match up candidates and clients

• Bring on new business and gain new clients
• Negotiate terms
• Source candidates to work with
• Screen them and match them to your clients
• Build your network and become an entrusted specialist
• Organise interviews and prepare your candidates
• Get your candidate an offer
• Have an acceptance and gain commission!

The Ideal Candidate: 

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
• Obtained BBB or above at A-Level
• Sporting background – playing a competitive team sport to a good level
• An outgoing and personable personality
• Hard working and resilient
