Trainee Recruitment Consultant Salary:

• Year 1 – £28k Base, OTE £55K
• Year 2 – OTE £75k

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Business Development & Networking: Building relationships with clients and candidates across their core markets.
• Talent Attraction: Writing and posting engaging job adverts, reviewing CVs, and identifying top talent.
• Headhunting: Proactively identifying and approaching high-calibre professionals who aren’t actively applying for roles.
• Candidate Management: Interviewing and preparing candidates for client interviews, ensuring they represent themselves and the business professionally.
• Client Engagement: Supporting senior consultants in maintaining and developing long-term client relationships.
• Performance & Growth: Working toward and exceeding individual and team targets.

• 2.1 from a respectable University
• Strong communication skills, with an eloquence in the language in written & spoken form
