What You’ll Be Doing – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Reaching out to new clients and candidates through cold calling and outreach
- Pitching roles and services while handling challenges and rejection professionally
- Supporting candidates through every stage of the hiring process, from first call to final offer
- Negotiating deals and contracts
- Attending client meetings to better understand their needs and company culture
- Staying on top of market trends through research and networking
