- Base Salary of £28k
- Commission structure that goes up to 40% with NO threshold

What the role entails: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Map the market and headhunt top candidates
- Build your own portfolio of clients and candidates
- Attend client meetings, network and build connections with stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end interview process
- Contract & salary negotiation: get that deal done!
Requirements: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- A degree from a Russell Group university
- Commercial work experience, sales is a bonus!
- Ambitious, driven & money-motivated
- Competitive nature, ideally have played sports growing up
