What’s the Role – Creative Recruitment Resourcer?
As a Creative Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be at the heart of the recruitment process. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top talent, building relationships, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. You will start in a 180 position before moving into a 360 role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Talent Sourcing: Use innovative tools and platforms to find the best candidates in the digital space.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and aspirations.
- Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, hiring strategies, and candidate availability.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement and beyond.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends to provide the best recruitment solutions.
