- Achieved a 2:1 at university
- Driven to be the best, and ideally taken part in sports growing up
- Had jobs throughout school and university
- Be confident & personable: Ability to engage stakeholders, and build long-lasting relationships
- Highly money-motivated, and keen to earn money and be rewarded for hard work
