The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client works closely with C-suite professionals in the financial services, building relationships with the most qualified and in demand individuals in the sector. As a sales-based role, you will be selling your expertise on the market you have studied and offering advice on hiring and interview processes. This is a very lucrative industry, and with their top billers doing 800k+, there is an extremely high earning potential by year 3 of being in the industry. Our client is looking for motivated and driven individuals to join their team in the next few months, as they look to branch out and begin dominating the US market as well.
The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base with an increase to £30k when promoted and OTE in year 1 of £45k!
- Promotion within 4-6 months if hitting targets
- 40% commission structure with no threshold – meaning you will take home A LOT of what you bill
- Holiday incentive in March to go skiing with the whole team!
- September holiday incentive to Ibiza1
- WFH 1-2 days a week once promoted to
