The Role
The role of an executive search consultant requires extensive market research and market mapping to provide exceptional service to their clients and advise on key market movements. As an executive search consultant, you will be sourcing top-tier candidates, using a variety of methods, and headhunting individuals that may be suitable for the role. You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, to deliver the best service. You will also have the opportunity to attend client meetings worldwide to gather a high standard of knowledge about the roles you are fulfilling.

- Recent graduate with a 2.1 or above
