The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant – What You’ll Do
- Source and engage top candidates via job boards, and networking
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Research market trends to identify opportunities and industry needs
- Partner with colleagues to deliver first-class recruitment solutions
- Manage candidate and client relationships throughout the hiring process
What We’re Looking For – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate (any discipline)
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks
