The Role – What You’ll Be Doing As A Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship from day one to help you hit the ground running. Expect to:
- Source top candidates, internal systems, and networking
- Manage the end-to-end candidate process – from screening to placement
- Attend client meetings and understand hiring needs
- Network with industry leaders and expand your market knowledge
- Map your market and identify growth opportunities
- Write compelling job ads and build your personal brand
About You – What We’re Looking For In Trainee Recruitment Consultants
- A 2025 graduate (2:1 or above preferred)
- Some commercial experience (sales, retail, hospitality, admin, etc.)
- Naturally curious, with a desire to understand people and business
- Intelligent, motivated, and eager to learn
- Collaborative, confident communicator
- Ambitious and ready to make an impact from day one
