They are expanding their presence in the US markets after opening their Austin office last year and seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join their growing team. The US market offers larger fees and they have seen graduates in the business earn £70,000+ in their first year and move into a managerial position by year 3. Top performers have taken home £250,000 in their 3rd year, the earning potential is endless!

Responsibilities – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant focusing on the US markets, you will be involved in the following key responsibilities:

1. Assisting senior consultants in identifying, sourcing, and engaging with talented candidates primarily in the US market.
2. Building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline by utilizing various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
3. Collaborating with US-based clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and providing effective solutions.
4. Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
5. Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in our recruitment database and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A recent graduate
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and clients in the US.
• Strong organisational abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
