Over 12 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all these sectors before specialising in the area of your choice as a consultant. You’ll receive personalised, 1-to-1 training directly from our experienced partner, equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in executive search. The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Client Engagement:
- Shadow client briefings to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs
- Deep dive into role requirements, qualifications, and expectations
- Market Expertise:
- Conduct market mapping to identify top firms and potential clients
- Stay informed on market trends and industry developments
- Talent Acquisition:
- Attract, screen, and assess high-calibre candidates
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, handling references and final negotiations
The Ideal Candidate:
- Academic Excellence:
- Minimum 2:1 degree from a reputable university
- Commercial Acumen:
- Demonstrated through internships, industry placements, or paid work experience
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
