What you’ll be doing: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Researching target markets and headhunting top talent
- Building relationships with CEOs from leading global clients and generating new business
- Managing your own client and candidate portfolio
- Running the full recruitment process from initial call to placement
- Handling contract and salary negotiations
We are looking for:
- A graduate from a top 50 university
- Confident and personable, someone who thrives on building relationships
- Previous commercial experience is beneficial (sales especially!)
- Highly ambitious with a strong work ethic
- Goal-oriented and financially driven
- Competitive (a sporting background is a bonus)
