We have an opportunity to work with a major Finance recruitment firm with offices in Dubai and London.

They are looking to hire 3 graduates to join their Dubai office before the end of 2025.

LOCATION: Dubai

BASE SALARY: 27,000, with an increase to 32,000 after promotion

START DATE: Flexible

The Profile We Want to Speak To: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
• Achieved minimum BBB at A-levels
• Sports background – 1st or 2nd teams
• Financially driven – motivated by targets and commission
• A hard worker who will push themselves

The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Headhunting professionals into their dream role
• Cold calling, advertising, networking and market mapping
• Organising interviews and being the middleman
• Secure deals and gain commission

The Incentives: 

• 27k base salary with an increase to 32k within 6 months
• 40% commission structure on top of base
• £3,000 given initially to help move over to Dubai
• OTE in year 1 = 60k, year 2 = 90k+
• Holiday incentives 2x a year – Thailand and Egypt
• One-on-one training from the Directors
• Half days on Fridays
• 28 days holiday + 2 weeks at Christmas
• Early finish on Thursdays
