- £27.5K starting salary (rising to £32.5K after 6 months)
- 1st year OTE £50K+ with uncapped commission
- 37 days annual leave + 4 incentive trips per year

What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and place top talent in the tech industry
- Drive new business and manage the full recruitment process
- Negotiate, close deals, and earn commission
