• 2:1 or above from a top 50 university
• A-Levels of minimum BBB

• 28k base salary with an increase to 32k once promoted to Consultant
• 40% commission structure + base salary

• Search for candidates for your clients through networking, advertising, and cold calling
• Headhunt by showing you’re a specialist in the space – market insights and insider info
• Organise interviews and prepare your candidates for success
