What does the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant involve?
As a 360 consultant, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment process. In this role, you will:
- Drive new business through cold calling and contract acquisition
- Build relationships with client leadership, from managers to CEOs
- Source and match top talent to meet client needs
- Engage candidates, understand their goals, and maximise their opportunities
- Negotiate terms and close deals to earn your commission
