The Company & Opportunity – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This is a people-focused, fast-paced role where your success depends on your drive, resilience, and ability to build strong relationships. You’ll be:
- Sourcing candidates through social media platforms, databases, and networking
- Managing the recruitment process from first call to placement
- Attending client meetings and understanding their hiring needs
- Networking with industry leaders and building long-term partnerships
- Market mapping and spotting emerging trends
- Building your personal brand within the tech recruitment space
- Writing eye-catching adverts to attract top talent
- From day one, you’ll receive structured training and one-to-one support – giving you the tools to thrive in a competitive, high-reward industry.
What’s On Offer – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £25,000 Base salary + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £40–50k Year 1)
