The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
From day one, you’ll get hands-on training, one-to-one mentorship, and the tools to become a top biller fast. You’ll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with senior professionals across the finance industry
- Sourcing and interviewing exceptional candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Attending client meetings and shaping hiring strategies
- Growing your personal brand and becoming a trusted market specialist
- Writing creative adverts that cut through the noise
