The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base salary with an increase to 32k once promoted
- 40% commission structure with no threshold
- Promotion within 4-6 months if doing well and hitting targets

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
360 Recruitment
- Researching the sector and understanding how certain world issues may affect the job market
- Sourcing a client and selling your expertise so that they will work with you during their hiring process
- Finding what they are looking for in a future employee. This is done through headhunting, cold calling, social media platforms and advertising
- Organising interviews for this candidate and giving them tips to succeed in the process
- Negotiate the deal and contract for them when they get placed
- MAKE YOUR COMMISSION $$$$$$
