What Will We Provide You – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £30k base salary which increases to £35k after your probation!

What The Role Would Involve – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Working with Employers:
- Understanding what the company needs in a new hire
- Creating job descriptions
- Finding potential candidates using various sources like job boards and networks
Helping Candidates:
- Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Giving candidates advice on how to improve their resumes and interview skills
- Matching candidates with the right job based on their skills and experience
Negotiating:
- Helping negotiate salaries and job offers between the company and the candidate
Providing Insights:
- Offering advice on industry trends, salary expectations, and job market conditions
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated (ideally 2:1 or above) or relevant sales experience
- Confident and commercially minded – looking for someone to hit the ground running
- Competitive – a desire to be on top. A background in a competitive hobby/sport is desirable
