The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, You’ll be working directly with Finance Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Investment Banking Managers placing them in roles at the world’s top financial institutions.
You’ll master the art of building relationships, selling opportunities, and closing high-stakes deals. Every placement you make earns you serious commission and the numbers speak for themselves.
The day-to-day:
- Source potential candidates using various methods including databases and social media platforms
- Manage the candidate process from initial screening to placement
- Attending client meetings, understanding their roles and requirements
- Networking with industry-leading experts
- Market mapping of the industry
- Build your own personal brand
- Creating innovative and attractive adverts
