The Incentives – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27.5k base with an increase to 32k after promotion to consultant
- 35% commission structure with no threshold
- Promotion within 4-6 months
- One on one training from the top billers of the company who are taking home 6 figures

The Job Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Headhunting new clients to build out your own business
- Market map your sector so that you can advise clients on current hiring trends
- Source the candidate that your employee is looking to hire. You will do this by headhunting, advertising, social media platforms and cold calling
- Organise interviews and negotiate the process to keep interviews aligned
- Guide them and mould their answers to be successful in interviews
- Make a successful placement
