Within your first year, you have an OTE of 45k! Now that’s a competitive salary!
What you need to qualify: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated from a top 50 university – obtaining a 2:1 or above
- Sports background – whether that’s individual or in a team
- Strong A-Levels – Grade B and above
- A good work ethic – willing to put in the effort to succeed at the job
- A real and solid financial motivation – a backstory to why you want to earn good money
The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Consulting, cold calling, headhunting, prepping, organising, networking
- Sales-based role
- Map your markets
- Source clients and candidates
- Organise interviews
- Prep candidates
- Negotiate deals
- Make placements
The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Finance focused – specifically on Hedge Funds and Private Equity
- 28k base salary, increasing to 30k within 6 months
- 45% commission structure on top
- Promotion in half a year
- Brand new office on Bond Street, Central London
- Mykonos holiday with the team coming up in October – You go too!
- WFH 1 day a week
- Early finish Fridays
