The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This is a fast-paced, commercial role where you’ll be building relationships, generating revenue, and becoming a subject-matter expert in a specialist finance market.
- Cold calling and prospecting clients and candidates to pitch roles and services
- Managing the full recruitment cycle: from initial outreach to placement and negotiation
- Supporting and advising candidates throughout the interview process
- Attending client meetings to better understand their hiring needs
- Conducting in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends
