Did you study a law degree at university and want to use your knowledge in a professional environment?
Interested in a career that financially rewards your efforts?
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, buzzing environment?
Recruitment consultancy (within the Legal sector) may be a perfect opportunity for you.
What is recruitment?
Recruitment in essence is a consultative sales job. You ‘sell’ a candidate into a client and visa versa. As a Legal recruitment consultant, your role entails winning new business (bringing on clients), taking job briefs, and agreeing on terms of business with your client.
You would then source suitable candidates for your client through headhunting on social media platforms, and your network. Once you have sourced enough candidates you would screen and shortlist them for your client.
From there you manage the relationship between the two parties and negotiate the best possible package on behalf of your client.
A successful placement results in a fee for your employer and commission for you for a job well done.
